4. Account Registration

If you register on Digital QR, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You agree to immediately notify Digital QR of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

5. Subscription & Payment

Digital QR operates on a subscription-based model, with a monthly recurring fee of ₹99. Subscription payments are processed through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other supported payment gateways. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and software associated with Digital QR are the exclusive property of AETHERGRID INNOVATECH PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the software without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of the platform.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of Digital QR.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital QR provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital QR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or misuse our services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
